Payment Terms
Payment can also be made on the day of the survey by means of either Cash or Cheque. A full receipt is given at that time for any monies exchanged.
If no payment is made in advance or on the day, a draft copy of the EPC (non-lodged version) will be produced and sent by email to the client as proof of completion, other than official lodgement taking place. Once the client has acknowledged this and made payment by bank transfer to the correct amount and account details shown on the invoice with the draft EPC, the EPC will be fully lodged onto the EPC Register ( Non Domestic for Commercial and Display Energy Certificates) and returned forthwith.
I regret that without any payment being made, a fully lodged EPC will not be produced.

We are currently not VAT registered and therefore the current rate of 20% VAT is not calculated or charged in anyway. A full receipt will be provided.
Government fees incurred to Landmark and our Accreditation Scheme for lodging the EPC or DEC are also fully included in the quote provided. No extra hidden fees guaranteed.
