We can offer both Commercial (Level 3 and 4) and Display Energy Certificates for all public use buildings over 250sqm alongside Domestic Energy Performance Certificates throughout Kent and parts of East Sussex from our base in Maidstone.
Floor Plans are produced in both standard Estate Agent 2D and 3D formats in various colours and styles to choose from. Domestic and most Commercial EPCs along with floor plans and marketing photographs are delivered to yourself and any other nominated Estate Agent or Solicitor as requested the same day by email. A hard copy of the EPC and Recommendation Report (alongside Commercial EPCs) or Advisory Report ( alongside Display Energy Certificates) is available upon request.

Display Energy Certificates: 250-999 sqm – 10 Years 1000+ sqm – 1 Year
Advisory Reports – 250-999 sqm – 10 years 1000+ sqm – 7 Years
Once completed, all are available free of charge to access from the National Databases – Domestic or Non Domestic EPC Register
